I have always wanted to write my own book...at least until my ADHD would kick in and I would do ten other—"pieces of things". However, now that I've begun taking a small trade skill course, I've strangely become a bit more productive in my story writing. When I first thought about doing a story, my ideas were mostly focused on a "high-fantasy" themed novel. I built much of the world, had a map drawn for me and had a beginning, middle and end (mostly in my head, but eventually written down) for the story. Unfortunately, I was always dragged back through my writing. The scene of the crime. I— and the other veteran detectives that I had conjured up in my head — keep looking for things that we could have missed. What bits of information did I leave out? Has anyone been here before?
